Neuromusic Zazen × ZAF SAUNA II
At this event, a "Neuromusic Zazen" experience using ZAF SAUNA II will also be offered.
"Neuromusic Zazen" is a completely new meditation experience where you sit in zazen with an electroencephalogram (EEG) device, and the state of your brain is visualized in real-time through sound and images. "Neuromusic" is a musical expression developed by VIE based on neuroscience insights, where the sound changes as your meditation deepens.
By sitting on ZAF SAUNA II, your pelvis is naturally aligned, leading to an S-shaped posture. Please experience the "totonou" (deeply relaxed and refreshed) sensation from both your brain and body, built on this posture.
