The "ZAF SAUNA" is a sauna cushion that tunes the "Zafu" (a meditation cushion used by Zen monks during zazen) for sauna use.

"ZAF SAUNA II" takes the traditional zafu shape, which is the icon of ZAF, and provides more stable support for sitting postures.

The zazen style in the sauna works on your muscles through hip joint stretching, which is effective for refreshing yourself in the sauna.
It can also be used as a neck rest during breaks or for daily meditation.

The material is heat-resistant and can be used in harsh saunas exceeding 100°C. The surface is antibacterial and deodorizing. It can be fully washed in your home washing machine using a laundry net.

The included carrying pouch also doubles as a laundry net, allowing you to wash it together with towels and other items.
