Application Expiration Date

Defective Products/Incorrect Deliveries

  • Please be sure to check the contents of your order upon delivery.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, or a product different from your order, please contact us via the inquiry form or email within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • In cases where the fault lies with our shop (defective products, incorrect deliveries, etc.), we will bear the return shipping and redelivery costs, and will replace the item with a non-defective one or provide a refund.

  • If an exchange for an in-stock item is not possible, we will refund the product price.
