User Guide
Please select the size, color, and quantity from the desired product page and add it to your cart.
We will send you an order completion email.
Shipping typically occurs within 4 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
If you are in a hurry, we will do our best to accommodate you, so please contact us at info@zaf-zen.jp after placing your order. (If no date is specified, we will ship at the earliest possible time.)
Orders will be shipped as usual.

Please note that some products or shipments to remote islands may be delivered after the holiday period. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment Methods
Credit Card Payment
We accept one-time payments with VISA, Master, and AMEX.
*Total amount (tax included) of product price + shipping fee
*Amounts less than 1 yen for consumption tax will be rounded down.
*There is no customer copy for credit card transactions as electronic payments are processed. Please check your credit card statement.
*Depending on the card company's billing cycle, the charge may appear 1 to 2 months later.
*We will process credit card payments to the credit card company 2 to 10 days after product shipment. Please contact your card company directly for your withdrawal date.

Shipping
For orders of 12,000 yen (tax included) or more per order and per delivery address, shipping is free (covered by us).

Consumption Tax
In addition to the product price, you will pay consumption tax and shipping fees. *Prices on product pages are generally tax-inclusive.

Refunds for Product Defects
If the delivered product has an initial defect, damage, dirt, or if a different product from your order was delivered, we will "refund" the purchase amount.

We will refund the full product price (tax included).
If you bore the shipping cost, the refund amount will include that cost.
The credit card payment will be adjusted or the amount will be transferred to your designated account within 14 days after confirming the return of the product.
