Sitting on the ZAF helps align the pelvis and guides your spine into an S-curve.

Furthermore, by entering the sauna in a "zazen style" with your legs crossed, your hip joints are stretched, allowing you to enjoy the sauna more effectively.
It can also be used as a neck rest during breaks or for meditation.

The material used has high heat resistance and dries quickly.
The surface fabric is antibacterial, odor-resistant, and formaldehyde-free.
