The "ZAF RITUAL" meditation cushion comes in a size that's perfect for your room and has a washable cover.

The knit cover is made from Indian organic cotton with antibacterial and deodorizing properties.

The cushion body inside the cover is made using the same traditional method as a "Zazen Futon" used by Zen monks for zazen meditation.

The cushion's filling is made entirely of hand-stuffed natural "kapok" fibers, creating a unique firmness that helps guide you into an S-shaped posture by supporting your two knees and buttocks at three points.
